King of our *Witez II related herd is our stallion Corary Szybki.  Born in 1983 and raced from 1986 to 1990, Szybki amassed an enviable record of 45 starts, 11 wins, 5 seconds and 8 thirds. He was in the money in half his races. He ran hard, ran a lot and retired sound to sire 25 registered progeny. He came to us in September 2003. This spring, 2005, we had our first crop of Szybki foals and they are fabulous, like their sire.  Adding his *Witez II percentages to our offspring has been a real boost. Szybki has a fabulous personality, is very much a gentleman, still loves to run and he looks very much like *Witez II.

We affectionately call our 2005 colts Leonardo and Flame. They are friendly and put together beautifully. Our grandson hopes to make Flame his 4-H project. Leonardo is going to his new home soon. Szybki also sired "Toby" out of Blossom Belle, a lovely gray Crabbett mare. Toby looks the most like his sire.

Shakeela Lee, along with her dam, Brokenmoon Latifa, came to us in Kansas by way of Tennessee. Their previous owner could no longer take care of them and kindly gave them up for adoption. Shak has a tiny teacup nose, lovely profile, and feminine, slender build. However, don't let the delicate features fool you. She's tough as nails with a strong survival instinct, yet she's got a sweet and loving nature.  Brokenmoon Latifa was bred at the Sandamon farm in Michigan and the dear thing now has been rescued twice from starvation. The mares have been a wonderful addition to our horse family and now are healthy and happy. They have become the foundation mares of Bay-Rab Acres. 

Shak is the dam of BRA Baraq Al Hadiye, BRA Dafina Alimar, and BRA Nafis Al Nadeem and Leonardo.  Ali is staying with us and has started her distance career. Baraq and Nadeem have new endurance riding homes. Leonardo was foaled in 2005.

For a short time in 2000, the grand old dame, Witezia, lived at Bay-Rab Acres and finished out her life as a pampered matron.
